You want to install K9 Web Protection but forgot your K9 license.

Solution

If you forgot your K9 Web Protection license, you can request a license reminder email be sent to the current administrative email address we have on file by following these steps:

1. Browse to https://k9.symantec.com
    
2. Click [Get K9 Now]
    
3. Fill in the form using the same email address you used to register K9 (or the current administrative email address if it has been changed) and click [Request License]. You will be informed that “there is already a license associated with” your email address. Below this message, you are presented with two options:
   
   • You would like a list of your current licenses emailed to you.
   • You would like to request an additional license.
4. Please click the link next to the first option and check your email for the license reminder. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder.
5. If in the future you need an additional K9 license, please repeat steps 1 to 3 and click the link next to the second option.
