Symptom

You (1) forgot your K9 password and (2) also forgot the password to the email address we have on file for your K9 license

Solution

To ensure your security, we can only make account changes if we can verify that the requester is the proper owner of the license. To begin the verification process, please have your K9 license number ready. This can be found under the title "user license" when you click the following link (or enter the address manually in a web browser on the computer that you are trying to recover the K9 password):  http://127.0.0.1:2372/about
