The Administrative Interface is Blank or Unresponsive


You get a blank screen when you login to the Administrative interface.

There is no response when you click the tabs in the Administrative interface.


You need to have javascript enabled for the Administrative Interface to work correctly.


If you are using Internet Explorer, please check the following:

Open Internet Explorer and select Tools - Internet Options

Click the Security tab

If the Security level is set to High, move the security level slider to Medium

If the Security level is set to Custom, click the "Custom Level..." button and set "Active Scripting" to Enable.

If you are using Internet Explorer version 6, you need to update to a current version.

If you are using Firefox, check the following:

Open Firefox and select Tools - Options

Click on Web Features

Check "Enable Javascript"
